Objective

ESM brings order to a chaotic student services environment. ESM helps make audacious goals achievable. Making financial aid more accessible via a smooth and prompt process or helping connect students with resources to succeed—from registration assistance to technology support. While ESM isn't a miracle cure for all that ails us, this approach CAN help community colleges support new populations of on-line learners, increase student persistence rates, and reduce administrative friction, for starters.

Use and Deployment

ESM lives where your students live—at the student union, paying their tuition bill, Twittering about a homework assignment. You name it and ESM is there. For example, ESM helps streamline the Financial Aid Management process –processing, packaging, getting through the application process, default prevention campaigns– through inbound and out-bound call campaigns, aggressive self-help, and customized service solutions.
